Saturday didn't go our way, as our Sydney 3rd were unable to get the better of UNSW 3rd despite Oscar Kirk's 70.
Our innings closed at 7/220 from 50 overs. Oscar Kirk posted a half-century, making 70 with two fours and three sixes.
UNSW 3rd knocked off the runs, finishing on 5/221 in 46 overs. James Matravers posted a brilliant hundred for our opponents, finishing on 141 not out. Kirk bowled beautifully to finish with two for 26.
Plenty to take out of this one. That's three losses in a row, but the side will keep working hard.
Congratulations to the hosts on the win.
