Despite some good moments, our Sydney 5th fell to Parramatta Fifth Grade in one to put behind us.
Parramatta Fifth Grade's innings closed at 9/278 from 50 overs. Jayden Paskaranathan posted 81 for the visitors, a polished fifty. Cody Peters picked up two for 24 off five overs. Vishal Soni weighed in with two for 34 off five overs.
In reply, we finished on 247 from 47.1 overs. Harper Cole's 110 off 107 balls was a century to savour. Soni brought up a fine half-century, finishing with 66 off 95 balls. Credit to NAVEEN PATIL, who took four for 26 for our opponents.
The results haven't gone our way lately, but the team will keep at it. Well played to the visitors.
