It was a tough day out for our Sydney CC, who were bested by SUCC Senior Men Metro Cup away from home.
Our innings: 10/86 and 5/135. SUCC Senior Men Metro Cup's: 90. Rashmintha Walawage passed fifty on the way to 54 off 29 balls with eight fours and two sixes. Yash Sharma was the main threat for our opponents, taking four for 65.
Ali Bajwa picked up two for 6 off 3.1 overs. Riley Grant chipped in with two for 10. Zachary Marando batted well for the hosts, making 28 off 31 balls.
There were some quality individual efforts to build on.
We'll go again.
