Despite some good moments, our Sydney W2 were downed by Parramatta W2 in a disappointing result.
First up, Parramatta W2 made 3/114 from 20 overs. The visitors' best with the bat was Aishleen Gir, who made 42.
Needing 115 to win, we finished on 5/102 from 20 overs. Holly Halford-Smith led the way with 30 off 36 balls. Isobel Glen contributed 24 off 25 balls.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with.
On to the next one.
