Good news from our Sydney Women's Kingsgrove Sports T20 Cup, who prevailed over Parramatta in a quality team performance.
With the bat first up, we compiled 8/138 from 20 overs. Phoebe Franklin top-scored, making 38 off 24 balls. Olivia Maxwell chipped in with 28. Claire Moore was the main threat for Parramatta, taking three for 14.
Needing 139, the visitors finished on 4/108 from 20 overs. Moore made a classy 59 not out for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century.
Contributions came from right through the line-up.
