On the road, our Sydney Women's Kingsgrove Sports T20 Cup got up against Northern District at Mark Taylor Oval on Sunday.
After batting first, we finished on 3/194 from 20 overs. Samira Dimeglio brought up a quality half-century, finishing with 83 off 42 balls. Phoebe Franklin brought up a fine half-century, finishing with 61 not out off 37 balls.
Needing 195, Northern District finished on 9/113 from 20 overs. Kate McTaggart batted well for the hosts, making 31 off 31 balls. Franklin bowled nicely to finish with three for 17. Holly Toms added two for 10.
That's back-to-back wins for the girls.
