Our Sydney W3 side put away Bankstown W3 on Saturday in NSW Premier Cricket (Women's).
We batted first and put 141 on the board from 36 overs. Kylie Hocknell's 52 not out off 41 balls was a half-century to remember. Kaisha Kapadia provided good support with 21.
Bankstown W3 were all out for 75 in 26.4 overs in reply. For the hosts, Brianna Fraser made 43 off 57 balls. The wickets were shared around, with Deepti Bhanushali taking three for 22. Kapadia backed up well, taking three for 23.
Contributions came from right through the line-up. A first win of the season, and hopefully the first of many.
Well done, team.
