Our Sydney W3 were in fine form and proved too strong for Manly Warringah W3 on home soil.
Manly Warringah W3 finished on 10/147, and we finished on 8/166. Kylie Hocknell's 51 off 52 balls was a half-century to remember. Deepti Bhanushali added a useful 20 off 43 balls. Matilda Ellis was the best of our opponents' bowlers, finishing with three for 25.
Renee Hough made a classy 50 for the visitors, a well-deserved half-century. With the ball, Bhanushali did the damage, claiming three for 13 off 7.4 overs. Kaisha Kapadia finished with two for 20.
It was a great all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up.
