There were smiles all round after our Sydney W2 accounted for Parramatta W2 with Cerys King leading the way.
Batting first, Parramatta W2 posted 10/134 from 48.3 overs. Paige Bradley was not out on 47 for our opponents. Zoe Dibble starred with the ball, taking three for 18. Cerys King chipped in with three for 20.
In reply, the side reached the target at 5/135 in 34.5 overs. King posted a half-century, making 50 not out off 63 balls with eight fours.
Our bowlers shared the wickets around. It was a good way to turn the tables on the hosts, who beat us last time we met. That's back-to-back wins for the team.
Well done to everyone involved.
