There was no joy for our Sydney CC, who came up short against Warringah in a tough outing.
Warringah's innings ended at 6/273, ours at 10/265. SHAURYA KALRA's 89 off 137 balls was a half-century to remember. Aditya Mavuru's 53 off 65 balls was a half-century to remember. Oscar A Hansen was the main threat for our opponents, taking four for 56.
Mavuru bowled cleverly to finish with two for 50. The hosts' best was a half-century from Ted Landray, who made 92.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again. The side will be keen to turn things around after four straight losses. Chins up, everyone.
